What Qualifies for Free Shipping?
Viribright® offers free shipping on all orders within the continental United States, subject to the following size and weight restrictions:
Exclusions:

Orders with a total package weight of 19 pounds or more

Packages exceeding 39 inches on any single side

Packages with two or more sides exceeding 30 inches, and a total girth of 165 inches

Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S.
Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, except in cases of unforeseen delays or product backorders. If your order contains backordered items, shipping may be delayed and we appreciate your understanding.
Once your order has shipped, Viribright® is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances. For shipment tracking or issues, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
Orders Over $500 in Value
Orders totaling $500 or more require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before placing your order. By waiving this, you accept full responsibility for the package once marked delivered. Viribright® will not be liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you cannot be present for delivery, we recommend using services like UPS MyChoice or USPS Informed Delivery, which allow you to authorize delivery electronically without being onsite.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can only be canceled shortly after placement. Once an order reaches certain processing stages, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not available; however, the order may be eligible for return and refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
