Refund policy

VIRIBRIGHT® Returns Policy

At VIRIBRIGHT®, we stand behind the quality of our LED bulbs and select fixtures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • VIRIBRIGHT® does not provide prepaid return labels, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including expedited or freight shipping.

  • Palletized or freight orders must be returned at the customer’s expense and are not eligible for shipping reimbursement.

  • VIRIBRIGHT® is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable and insured shipping method.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a return request within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.

  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and ship the item(s) to:

  1. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method only.

Refund Conditions

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items returned incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a restocking fee.

  • VIRIBRIGHT® reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Defective or damaged products may qualify for replacement under our Product Warranty.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and supporting documentation.

Final Sale

No refunds are issued after the 30-day return window.
All sales are final after this period.
